Patience is Key

Day 56: 78 Day Triple Dog Dare Challenge (18)

Positive Affirmation

I am waiting patiently as the universe prepares to deliver results

Theme of the Day

Sometimes, all you can do after putting your blood, sweat and tears into a project is to wait for the results to come in

Welcome to Day 56 of the challenge.  If you’re jumping in right now, be sure to check out the Welcome to the Triple Dog Dare to get started.  The previous days are listed at the bottom of each post with a hyperlink.

Two of Wands

You’ve outlined the steps to create your business product or online course, consulted with the proper experts, and moved into action.  The Two of Wands reminds you that you have done all you can at this point and now it’s time to step back.  Allow the universe to take the reins and work the magic within the metaphysical realm.

Patience is not simply the ability to wait – it’s how we behave while we’re waiting. – Joyce Meyer

Most business owners are Type A’s and want to control everything, but there comes a time when the universe has to take over and carry your finished product the rest of the way.

This does not mean for you to stop taking action.  What it does mean is for you to move onto another project or to ramp up your marketing or send out thank you notes to those who were instrumental in the project.

Case in point, a client that came in for a reading.  She wanted to know what to do next since she had submitted her book (children’s book) to the publisher.  When the cards were laid out, Two of Wands showed up in the advice position.  We discussed how this could happen and explored some areas she could shift her focus to the marketing aspect of her book.  A slight groan echoed through the reading room as she covered her face.

We came up with some strategies on how she could market her children’s book and feel happy to do so.
