Welcome to Day 3 of the challenge. If you’re jumping in right now, be sure to check out the Welcome to the Triple Dog Dare to get started. The previous days are listed at the bottom of each post with a hyperlink.
Positive Affirmation of the Day: I will stop for a moment in my life to take a pause so I can gain greater clarity.
Theme of the Day: Pausing in life allows you take a look at the bigger picture and from there you can decide what steps you want to take.
Your gut feeling is the first line of supernatural defense for your physical body. It is the power we all have coming into this physical plane. The first thing that kicks in when entering a new situation, meeting a new person, or going to a new place is our ability to discern within the first few seconds whether something “out there” is safe or not.
We all have a bit of the High Priestess within ourselves. Deep down inside, we know to trust our gut. However, at times, it is hard to trust ourselves 100% and have the unwavering faith that things will work out. The secret the High Priestess shares with us is to be passive and to wait to respond to the external, loud, influencing world. She advises us to wait and process the internal dialogue you have within before you respond to the external.
Ask yourself some hard questions before going forth with an external reaction. Take a moment to process the internal conversation you have with yourself and your spirit guide. Yes, each time you respond to the world, it’s highly advisable that you connect with your spirit guide because the divine power will amplify the truth.
In addition to looking within and strengthening your faith. You are being invited to look at the entire picture — the past, present and future. Assess all the talents, skills and experiences you have gained over the course of your lifetime. Accept all the good and bad moments as they add richness to the tapestry of your life. Combine all of those moments together to amplify your connection to your spirit guide and your intuition.
Important side note: There will be people who will prey upon your insecurities and doubts. Did you know that 85% of the population is insecure in something. The insecurity business is a multimillion dollar industry. Know that you do not need a fancy diploma, a slimmer body, multiple certifications to get connected to your spirit guide or to discern what your intuition tells you.
People seek you out and want to do business with YOU because of the energies you project out. If you know what you’re damn good at, be sure to project that so others can pick up on that and want to do business with you.
You have TWO Triple Dog Dare Challenges today. Read the challenges and close your eyes to connect with what the challenge is asking of you. Allow yourself to walk through the experience and be sure to capture as much as you can with your words as well as intent.
Triple Dog Dare Challenge #1: Go on an small adventure to get connected with your spirit guide. Take some time to ask your guide questions and rather rush to hear the answer, allow yourself sometime to sit in silence and process what is being shared with you. Feel free to write down what comes to you and do so without judgment.
Triple Dog Dare Challenge #2: Meditate for 10-20 minutes a day and strengthen your connection to your guide. Ask your guide to sit with you quietly as you build up your faith in yourself.
