Be a Part of Something Bigger Than You

Day 6: 78 DayTriple Dog DareChallenge-2

Welcome to Day 6 of the challenge.  If you’re jumping in right now, be sure to check out the Welcome to the Triple Dog Dare to get started.  The previous days are listed at the bottom of each post with a hyperlink.

Positive Affirmation

I will help create the world I want to live in with like-minded individuals.

Be a part of something bigger than yourself to allow for exponential growth.

There is strength in numbers.  When you surround yourself with like-minded people it is easier for your business to flourish.  A group of people can help spread the word, help you see your strengths and weaknesses, along with a dozen more benefits.  If you’re looking to grow your business and shatter some goals this year, why not be a part of a group to help expand your business.

Alone we can do so little; Together we can do so much.

– Helen Keller

The Hierophant 2

Rider-Waite Tarot by U.S. Games Incorporated

The Hierophant sits upon his throne and holds up two fingers – a sign of peace.  He wears a red robe with white trim, suggesting that he is a religious figure.  Below him are two acolytes.  There is a suggestion of contradictions with the Hierophant.  In one breath, he suggests that institutions are important and it’s important to have tradition and rules within society.  In another breath, he suggests that you need to “peace out” and carve your own way.

Alone we are strong…. Together we are stronger.

– Unknown

It’s as if he’s asking you to trust the group at times and in others, to trust yourself.  When you’re running your business, you’re in a constant state of transitions.  Sometimes you rely heavily on your group for wisdom and guidance, while other times you break away and do things that your spirit guide tells you.

People working together in a strong community with a shared goal and a common purpose can make the impossible possible. – Tom Vilsack

You have TWO Triple Dog Dare Challenges today.  Read the challenges and close your eyes to connect with what the challenge is asking of you.  Allow yourself to walk through the experience and be sure to capture as much as you can with your words as well as intent.

Triple Dog Dare Challenge #1: There is something to be said about: there’s strength in numbers.  What kind of organizations could you join to create a community of supportive people around you so you can take your business above and beyond your wildest dreams?

Triple Dog Dare Challenge #2: The Hierophant is about institutions, which suggest that you might benefit from some professional development.  What kind of skill sets/training do you need to improve upon or need in order to take your business to the next level?
