Positive Affirmation

I will embrace the ebbs and flows in my life with grace.

Theme of the Day

Life is filled with ups and downs.  Know that all situations will pass.

In some movies you’ll see this theme: A person struggles with something due to some poor choices made in life and they feel that this is the end of the road for them. The person screams and shouts that they promise to do better next time.  The universe listens and fate blesses that person with an easier path filled with abundance.

A great life is to be able to ebb and flow. – Robin Wright

Wheel of Fortune

Rider-Waite Tarot by U.S. Games Incorporated

This is the Wheel of Fortune at work.  The Wheel of Fortune is filled with all sorts of amazing symbolism: the sphinx – life’s riddles and mysteries, the winged creatures – the air signs at the top and the fixed signs at the bottom, as well as the snake along with the hybrid wolf/man.  At the center of the card is the actual Wheel of Fortune.  At the top then going clockwise, there are the letters T, A, R, O, and once you are at the top of the wheel again, you’ll be able to spell the entire word: TAROT.  Rinse and repeat.

This serves as a reminder the wheel is always turning. Your business is filled with ebbs and flows.  One moment, you’ll find yourself struggling and filled with great despair.  Another moment, you’ll find yourself on top of the world.  No matter what, always know that your past informs your present and future.  The choices you made yesterday will create the results today.

Action and reaction, ebb and flow, trial and error, change – this is the rhythm of living.  Out of our over-confidence, fear; out of our fear, clearer vision, fresh hope. And out of hope, progress.  – Bruce Barton

Going back to the scenario mentioned earlier.  The reason why fate decided to smile upon that character is because they realize what they did wrong to end up in the messy situation in the first place.  The same goes for your business.  If something is not going right, take a look at your past actions and see what you did, and then make better choices next time.

You have ONE Triple Dog Dare Challenges today.  Read the challenges and close your eyes to connect with what the challenge is asking of you.  Allow yourself to walk through the experience and be sure to capture as much as you can with your words as well as intent.

Triple Dog Dare Challenge #1:  Examine your choices within your business. Is there anything you could do better?  Perhaps a bit of better time management, stronger business connections that’s based on authenticity, or could you refer more people to others because you want to see others grow.  Whatever the weakness is, address it, see it for what it is worth, and make changes to remedy that weakness, so when the Wheel of Fortune turns, you’ll be in a better situation.

Once you’ve completed your Triple Dog Dare Challenge, celebrate that!  Invite you to step out of your comfort  zone and share with us in the comments below so we can celebrate with you.
