Move out of your comfort zone. You can only grow if you are willing to feel awkward and uncomfortable when you try something new. – Brian Tracy
Are you ready to change your life by stepping out of your comfort zone?
A while back, a friend of mine asked me why I got my PhD. She expected something along the lines of me wanting to make a difference in the field of Education. You know, be a real change agent. That was one of the reasons why I become a Doctor of Education. However, I revealed to her that I got my PhD based on a triple dog dare.
She. Was. Shocked.
And then I went on to explain how triple dog dares are the very thing I do in order to develop, grow and sustain my business.
In the first “78 Day Triple Dog Dare Challenge” post, I’ll share the WHOLE story behind the PhD dare with you via a vlog. And, throughout the challenge, you’ll be able to create your own “Triple Dog Dare” stories to share!
Do you allow your intuition to guide you when making decisions to step into a bigger playing field?
My spirit guides and my intuition gently whispers to my heart as to what BOLD, DARING steps that need to be taken next in order to GROW. My guides are constantly challenging me each day to be a better version of who I am. My guides throw some serious triple dog dares that force me to take a hard look at myself:
- Am I doing the very best I can?
- What could I do better?
- How can I serve more people?
- Do my actions align with my spiritual mission in life?
These very questions and more allow me to see what I can do by myself as well as when to reach out to some amazing people.
Do you have trouble stepping up and doing bigger things that you know you are capable of doing?
When I started to accept the “Triple Dog Dares” my guides threw at me, my personal and professional life grew by leaps and bounds. Each positive action I took, there was a positive reaction from the universe. Over time, I realized the “Triple Dog Dare” approach has a growth mindset aspect to it.
