Moments of Reflection

Welcome to the Moments of Reflection Challenge, a 13 day challenge to help you take pause so you can absorb how rich your life really is.

Reflection allows you to take a look at the rich tapestry of your life experiences that have come to gather to help guide you to this very moment in time.  Many times you are so involved with what the next step is going to be and you’re busy plotting out how you’re going to get there with the least amount of trials and tribulations, however it’s essential to stop and take pause.

When you take the time to reflect on all aspects of your life, you’re able step into the very best version of who you are as a spiritual being.  All individuals go through some great times and not so great times, but ask yourself what did you learn from that particular life event that has touched your memory.

Writer’s Oracle invites you to spend a few minutes of your day to reflect and appreciate all the blessings (good and bad) that you have experienced.  Rather than allowing those important reflections remain trapped in your mind, take a step into the world of journaling.  Capture the very essence of your experience(s) and write them down on paper.  Ask yourself what did that particular moment (a) feel, (b) taste, and (c) smell like?  What did you see?  What did you hear?
