How to Tame the Overwhelm

Welcome to Day 3 of our #30DayChallenge — the 30 Day Client Growth Strategies Training — so you can you inject more cash into your business. It is such a pleasure to have you here today.

After having several discussions with people who read the first two posts and enjoyed them, they all asked one question:

My amazing entrepreneurs…. Let’s take a step back and learn how to tame the overwhelm that casts a shadow on our minds. It is that looming sense of responsibility that can cripple anyone from taking action.

I’ve been there and the struggle is real.

A word of caution … when joining trainings and challenges such as this, it’s easy to be excited in the beginning and then realize that “hmmmmm…. I have to take action” or step into the realm of overwhelm. When you’re overwhelmed, you feel exhausted just thinking about the mountain of tasks you need to complete three weeks ago or in this case two days ago.

Fear not my amazing entrepreneur!

4 tips on how to make the most of this #30DayChallenge:

  1. Grab your calendar and decide WHEN you’re going to take action on these tips/posts. I recommend setting aside 30 minutes a day.
  2. Create a folder in your OneNote or EverNote for all messages regarding this challenge and bookmark them, so you can take action when you’re ready.
  3. Read the challenge blog posts daily and take action. For those things which you’re going to do consistently (such as meet 7 new people every day), decide when you’ll be doing them and build them into your work schedule.
  4. If you’re swamped with a bunch of ideas and are not sure what to do first, I invite you to read Day 1 post: How Multitasking Stops the Flow of Clients .

Remember…. everything I’m teaching you over these 30 days has had a profound impact on the success of my business.  Choose those which resonate with you, take action on them and discard the rest.

Thank-you for investing your time with me over the next 30 days. I’m honored to be working with you.

What separates her service from other business coaches is that SHE ONLY works with C-Level executives, coaches, speakers, self-employed businesses and SHE ONLY specializes in leveraging their knowledge and monetizing their knowledge, nothing else. Because of this, her clients receive proven, undiluted, and extremely specific step-by-step information on exactly what they need to do to leverage their knowledge. As a result, those who coach with her get their message in front of the right audience, and infuse more cash into their business than they would on their own.
