Your Soul is Connected to the Divine

Affirmation: My soul is connected to the divine.

Your soul is connected to a source bigger than yourself.  The energy you have within you is infinite.  All that lies within you and around you is filled with great potential.  Connect with your higher spirit and your creative ideas will always flow freely.  Step into the knowing that abundance is all around you.

Some writers wander around aimlessly and spend their lives trying to stumble upon the next best thing.  Some writers latch on the next shiny bright object in hopes of being blessed with riches and fame.  These writers refuse to use any of their current ideas because they feel that one day they will fall into the pool of “bestselling ideas”.

The difference between successful writers and unsuccessful writers is the former continuously remain linked to their creative divine power.  Successful writers allow their spirit to move through them.  They unite with the source where ideas are stored.

I am you; you are ME.  You are the waves; I am the ocean.  Know this and be free, be divine.  – Sri Sathya Sai Baba

When you connect to the divine, you are able to see the world around you in a different light.  Be aware of your world.  Awaken your senses.  Get out of your own way.

Writer’s Oracle Intuitive Connection Activity:

The secret to being a productive writer is to stay connected to your creative spirit.  Allow your intuition guide you into the pools of infinite wisdom and ideas.  It’s always a good idea to center yourself and remain there so you can open the pathway for ideas to flow freely in your direction.

Reconnect with the divine by:

  • Taking a walk in nature.
  • Listening to soothing music that calms your mind, body and soul.
  • Connecting with your passions – find a hobby that keeps you in the zone.
  • Meditating with ambient music and scented candles.
  • Crafting or creating something with your hands.

 Card Focus:

Ask your oracle/tarot cards what you need to connect with the divine, shuffle as you think upon that question, fan them out before you, and then pull one.  Look at the card and absorb all the rich imagery.  Allow the card to speak to you before you rush off and look up what the meanings mean.  Jot down some notes below:

  • What card did you draw/pull?
  • My first impressions are:
  • What does the symbolism mean to you?
  • What is needed – according to the card combined with your intuition – to connect to the divine?

Best wishes,

Writer’s Oracle
