Where do you find your happiness?
Before we can find “happiness”, it’s important to know what it means to you. Each person has an idea of what their definition is.
Take some time today to revisit the meaning of your happiness and how that is achieved.
My happiness comes from my daily gratitude journal. At the end of each day, I write out three things I am grateful for and that make me happy. What’s really cool about this exercise is the tough events of the day seem trivial because my focus is centered on what is really important.
Ideas not flowing? No worries. This is an excellent time to look within and then take some time to meditate. Talk to your spirit guide and allow the images from your soul to step forth. After your meditation session, write down any images you encounter.
